Chairman inc and its affiliates (“We” or “Us”) are offering a mobile messaging program (the “Program”). This SMS Privacy Policy applies to the Program. By opting in to or participating in any of our Programs, you consent to this SMS Privacy Policy.
We respect your privacy. No mobile opt-in information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We will use information you provide Us, which includes your phone number and any other personal information you provide (such as name, email, address, etc.) to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing your information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist Us in the preparation and delivery of mobile messages. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We share mobile information only with service providers that send messages on our behalf, such as our SMS platform provider, SlickText, solely to operate the Program.

How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run RoboFare (for example, email delivery, scheduling, SMS delivery and website hosting), under obligations to use it only for those services, or when required by law or to protect our rights.
Your Choices
- Email: click “unsubscribe” in any email.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
- Access, correction or deletion: email client@robofare.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
